Power Lacing: Power lacing refers to the ability to lace your boots tight enough without cutting your fingers to shreds. It comes in lots of versions but the concept is the same, use the system as instructed and you will get your boots tightened to your liking every time with minimal effort.

Boa: The Boa lacing system incorporates a cable and dial that spins as it tightens your boots. Great for kids as it requires very little effort and is quite durable.

Zonal Lacing: Zonal lacing lets the rider adjust the “upper zone” and “lower zone” to his or her liking. This is accomplished by “locking” the laces between the foot area and the leg area. Loose in the foot and tight around the leg or the other way around. Either way a great, but seldom discussed, feature in many boots.
